Insight Counselling

Insight Counselling and Therapy Centre partners with Rise Calgary to provide affordable and accessible mental health supports to those who need it.

Is Insight Counselling right for me?

With rates starting as low as $5 per session (with subsidies available for those in need), our partnership with Insight Counselling and Therapy Centre provides low income Calgarians with affordable and accessible mental health supports.

 

Sessions are available through video conference services such as Zoom, or in person at our office locations in Bowness, Forest Lawn, or Ranchlands.

Our counsellors are Masters level Practicum Students with diverse backgrounds, who are great listeners, that can provide support for individuals, groups, families, or couples. You must be 16 years of age or older in order to access counselling supports through this program.

Please note we are experiencing a higher than normal request for Insight Counsellors.  We will do our best to accomodate as many clients as possible.  If you need immediate assistance please call 211 - Distress Centre
